Nicole 

Director of Personal Training

Approach to Fitness and Wellness

I believe fitness and wellness to be a lifelong journey of goal setting and accomplishments.  Recently graduating from physical therapy assistant school has also allowed me to gain a different prospective of what exercise can do for the body.  Not only can exercise be used as a positive outlet, hobby or weight loss tool, but it can also be used to help relieve aches, pains and functional limitations.  

Specializations

Nicole is a certified personal trainer and senior fitness specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Personal Training Institute.  Nicole has an associates of science degree in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy assisting.  Nicole offers over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of clientele. 

          Kym

Personal Trainer/Group Fitness

Approach to Fitness and Wellness

I believe in a positive approach to encourage a consistent lifestyle centered around fitness and wellness. My goal has always been to emphasize the "end result" being worth the hard work. I strive to know my clients personally, potentially building trust and rapport.  My personal challenge is that I enter each client session and every class session with energy, encouragement, professionalism, and fun!

 

Specializations

 

Kym specializes in Group Instruction and One-on-One training. She excels in demonstrating movements properly and offering modifications so that all levels of fitness can participate. Kym is always well-prepared and motivated to help you hit your fitness goals.

          Lori

Personal Trainer/Group Fitness

Approach to Fitness and Wellness

I create balance in my life through Bible Study, reading, running and spending time with my three children. I believe fitness should be part of one’s lifestyle. Exercise can change your body physically, and improve your self-confidence, attitude and overall quality of life.

Specializations

Lori specializes in Kettlebell training, Silver Sneakers, Pilates, Yoga, and group training.  Lori also has experience in weight loss, nutrition, strength training, and muscular endurance.
